We are very much quality conscious about our finished product that we manufacture as well as the raw material we intake to manufacture the finished product. Our plant is equipped with the full test lab. We have all necessary test lab/Quality testing equipments required for the purpose of testing the quality of the raw material as well as the finished product. Raw Material testing measures

We have our testing measures for all the raw material. All the raw materials go through under intensive testing procedure before getting clearance from the quality department. Below mentioned are the testing procedures take place at our lab:-

Particle density for coarse aggregate

Water absorption for coarse and fine aggregate

Aggregate crushing value

Aggregate impact value

Sieve analysis – Fine and coarse aggregate

Bulk density

Slump as per client’s requirement

We place extra concentration on the slump on the concrete manufactured from our batching plant. One of our lab technicians is always at the plant to maintain slump of the concrete as per our client’s specific requirement depending on the site condition. In order to maintain the same water ratio in the design mix need to be adjusted depending on the weather condition and moisture in the raw materials.

On site Quality Management

We take special care of quality management at the site. One of our lab technicians is always present at the site. Cube filling in proper way, slump maintenance at the time of pouring are very crucial acti vities at site.
